I know you. You’re a women in the middle act of life who longs to be truly heard and known.
I bet there are times when it feels like it’s all going too fast and life is rushing by. And you wonder – Does anyone see me? Know me? Understand what I’m experiencing?
Some days you step into the deep joy and possibility of life; other days, you watch it drift by, overtaken by shoulds, uncertainties, overwhelm, inertia, or the status quo.
But underneath it all there’s a very wise woman within you that can’t wait any longer to claim the deepest parts of your life.
I have a hunch you know what I’m talking about. It’s that territory that’s full of sweet, juicy stuff: meaning, creativity, connection, callings, adventure, wisdom, play.
You know it’s time to start making more space for it at the table of your life.
“I am so very grateful to have you guide me to my deeper, truer self.” -P.F.
my coaching style
I’m here to support all of you — hopeful, uncertain, energized, stuck — all parts of you. My style is loving, patient, fully engaged, deep, fun, intuitive, and imaginative. This is a place where you can feel free to let your guard down: to talk, laugh, cry, explore, and share your stories.
That’s important, because as your stories unfold, a transformation begins:
- You feel more present, aware, alive
- You begin to push out of the boxes that feel confining
- You reconnect to your creative source
I trust the power of your stories. When you give them time in the world, you open the door to their gifts, waiting in the wings. And you begin to recognize the deeper themes and characters that are a part of all stories. Then, a remarkable thing can happen: you see that there’s a transcendent story within you, waiting to emerge.
A larger story. A larger life. A life that’s right here for you to grab.
My job is to truly hear and know you and your stories so that you can discover the larger life that’s waiting for you. Then I’ll lovingly (and firmly) encourage you to go out and grab it. Starting right now.
“You have a seemingly endless trove of exercises to lift clients out of their ruts and help them see daylight again.” -C.F.

all the details
It’s pretty simple — no fancy packages or programs. Work with me for as few or as many sessions as you need. If you know at the beginning that you want at least 6 to 12 sessions, I offer a discount for the series (and you can pay as you go — you don’t have to pay it all up front). Otherwise, you can work with me on a session-by-session basis.

- 6 sessions: $100 each/$600 total, completed in 3 months or less
- 1 session: $125; repeat as many times as you wish
We can meet in my office in Sacramento, or we can do phone/Skype sessions. Whatever you choose, our session will last about an hour. Some clients like to connect weekly, others prefer every other week. Either way I’ll try to schedule your appointments at a regular day and time because that creates a nurturing space that’s just for you.
Before we start I’ll send you some prompts and questions to reflect on. We’ll dig into those during our first session to get a feel for what’s most important for you right now.
After that, we’ll just jump in and start. Because why wait, right?
